You pay for volume
Templates, editor, discount codes, automations, invoices and insights are included in every plan, including the free one. Two features depend on the plan: data access for your own tools (API) from Basic, and approval before printing from Pro.
The number of orders per plan is a guide value, not a limit: if you go over it, Inkmate keeps creating your documents. With yearly billing you pay 10 months instead of 12.
Still free. Inkmate is not in the Shopify App Store yet. The prices apply from the listing; until then nothing is charged. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know.

What counts?
Every order for which Inkmate creates a discount code or a document in the month counts, each only once. Flyers and cards without an order don’t count, and neither do templates. Example: 40 orders a month with a packing slip and an invoice count as 40, not 80.
Which plan fits you?
Set the slider to your approximate number of orders a month. Every order for which Inkmate creates a discount code or a document counts – only once, even if a packing slip and an invoice are created for it. Flyers and cards without an order don’t count.
Basic
$4.99 a monthFor a small shop: 200 orders a month, batch printing up to 250 recipients, data access for your own tools (API).
What does the next plan add?
Pro ($9.99) gives you 1,000 orders a month and approval before printing.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan fits me?
That depends almost entirely on your volume. Every order for which Inkmate creates a discount code or a document counts – each only once; flyers and cards without an order don’t count. Free is enough to try it out (50 orders a month). Basic ($4.99) fits a small shop with up to 200 and adds data access for your own tools (API). Pro ($9.99) is for growing shops with up to 1,000 and approval before printing. Business ($19.99) has no volume limit.
What happens if I have more orders than my plan?
Nothing is blocked. Inkmate shows you a note about the next plan, and your orders keep getting their sheet. You decide when to switch.
Does Inkmate print and ship for me?
No. Inkmate creates the print-ready PDF. You print on your own printer or hand the PDF to your print shop. Printing and postage are therefore not included in the price.
Do I need a second app?
No. Inkmate puts the discount code and QR code on the sheet and shows you which code was redeemed. Inkmate doesn’t count how often a QR code was scanned; our sister app echomate does that if you need it. Inkmate works without it.
Does Inkmate have built-in AI?
No. Inkmate doesn’t call any AI providers and doesn’t send shop or customer data to them. From Basic there is data access for your own tools (API) that can only read. You can use it to connect your own tools, including your own AI.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. A year costs 10 monthly prices; two months are free.
When do the prices apply?
From the listing in the Shopify App Store. Until then Inkmate is free of charge and nothing is billed. After that, every paid plan has a 7-day trial.
How is billing done?
Through Shopify. You don’t give us a card; the fee appears on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Prices exclude sales tax. Where Shopify has to charge tax for your country, it appears on your Shopify invoice.
